Our standard deposit is $400. Depending on your approval status, a higher deposit of $800 or one-month rent may be required.
The Restoration Fee is a non-refundable fee that reserves your apartment during the application process. It will convert into a Restoration Fee upon execution of the lease agreement. At move out, the Restoration Fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment.
We are a pet-friendly property and we charge a one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet or $600 for two pets (aggressive breed restrictions do apply). There is $25 monthly pet rent per pet and we also offer a leash-free “Bark Park” where your furry friends can play all day.
Old Mill Townhomes residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash, and electricity.
We partner with Xfinity Comcast and have a representative assigned to our community to assist our residents. Residents are responsible for Xfinity services.
